All orders are subject to the availability of products. In the event a product is out of stock after you have placed your order, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp and initiate a refund of the full amount paid through the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation is required via WhatsApp message or a phone call made by our customer service team.

Orders not confirmed within 48 hours may be automatically cancelled.
3. Delivery Timelines

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery timeframe is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Business days refer to Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

4. Delivery Areas
We currently only ship within India through our partnered courier providers. We do not charge any extra fees for deliveries to remote or special service areas.
5. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1199.

A standard shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹1199.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services through our payment partner GoKwik, subject to the following terms:

COD eligibility (full or partial) is determined by GoKwik using their internal customer verification algorithms and external platform intelligence.

In some cases, customers may be required to pay a partial COD amount of up to ₹249 in advance. This amount:

Is non-refundable if the parcel is rejected or undelivered

Will be adjusted against the total order value upon successful delivery

Full COD is disabled for orders above ₹2500 to prevent misuse and ensure genuine purchase intent.
7. Order Tracking and Dispatch Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages based on item availability.
8. Delivery Delays and Exceptions
