We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy & hassle free:

• We offer a 07 working-day return policy for almost all products starting from the day the product has been delivered.
• For a smooth return experience, please ensure that:
  • Original tags and barcodes are not removed from the product
  • Product is not stained, damaged or torn
  • Product is not used or washed
  • Free products or accessories along with the original product are not missing
• The following products have a 03 working-day return policy:
  • Blazers
  • Gowns
  • Kurta Sets
• Return of the above mentioned categories will not be accepted beyond 3 days post delivery of the product.
• NO RETURNS will be accepted on the following products:
  • BOXERS
  • Products bought during Season Sale or Mega Sale
• Cancellations will only be approved if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.
• For reverse shipment, a fee of Rs100 per order is deducted from the refund value, irrespective of the number of items to return.
• For COD orders, we only give back store credit which has a validity of 2 months.
• No reverse shipment charges will be deducted for products returned due to manufacturing defect.
• All refunds will take 5-7 working days to be processed once the return has been received & approved.

You can also reach us on +91 8904908824 from Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
• The refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Showoff. In case of any refund discrepancies, Showoff may, at its sole discretion, request you to share a screenshot of your bank statement.
• We understand that in some scenarios, the product may take more than 10 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities and thus the Q.C may take time. In such a scenario, we may process the refund amounts intermittently but if the product does not clear the quality check, we reserve the right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account.
• Showoff may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior that entitles Showoff to a claim against you.
