- We offer a 07 working-day return policy for almost all products starting from the day the product has been delivered.

- Original tags and barcodes are not removed from the product

- Cancellations will only be approved if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.
- For reverse shipment, a fee of Rs100 per order is deducted from the refund value, irrespective of the number of items to return.
- For COD orders, we only give back store credit which has a validity of 2 months.
- No reverse shipment charges will be deducted for products returned due to manufacturing defect.
- All refunds will take 5-7 working days to be processed once the return has been received & approved.
