- Return of the above mentioned categories will not be accepted beyond 3 days post delivery of the product.

NO RETURNS will be accepted on the following products:
- BOXERS
- Products bought during Season Sale or Mega Sale
- Cancellations will only be approved if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.
- For reverse shipment, a fee of Rs100 per order is deducted from the refund value, irrespective of the number of items to return.
- For COD orders, we only give back store credit which has a validity of 2 months.
- No reverse shipment charges will be deducted for products returned due to manufacturing defect.
- All refunds will take 5-7 working days to be processed once the return has been received & approved.

In such a scenario, we may process the refund amounts intermittently but if the product does not clear the quality check, we reserve the right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account.
- Showoff may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior that entitles Showoff to a claim against you.
